Location : Remote Salary : $120K base plus commission (up to 7% of net revenue from newly acquired accounts) Benefits : Full benefits Type : Direct Hire Sponsorship Available : No Must Have Skills : A minimum of ten years working in sales or business development within valuation, appraisal, or a closely aligned real estate field. Recent, hands-on selling of traditional appraisal offerings and/or alternative valuation solutions such as Broker Price Opinions, Automated Valuation Models, or short-term rental analysis. A demonstrated track record as a new-business hunter who consistently closes fresh accounts and drives revenue growth. An already-developed professional network is highly valued—candidates should have existing ties to key decision-makers they can activate around property valuation products. Deep familiarity with the appraisal and valuation landscape and a clear grasp of what clients in this space are looking for. Excellent abilities in communicating, presenting, and persuading, along with experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (HubSpot is a plus). Responsibilities : Identify and chase after high-value prospective clients while tapping into your current industry connections to create new opportunities. Promote and close deals for our client's conventional appraisal services and/or alternative valuation products. Open up fresh markets, target new customer segments, and cultivate strategic alliances. Take full ownership of each deal—from the first outreach and lead generation all the way through closing and client onboarding. Nurture ongoing relationships with both prospective and current clients while uncovering added revenue potential. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams on client demands, market shifts, and emerging offerings, and monitor your pipeline and activity in the CRM while contributing insights to shape go-to-market strategy.
