That is this role: the trusted counterpart inside the client’s world, the voice of the client inside our delivery cells, and the person who spots the next piece of work before the client articulates it. What you will actually do: • Own a portfolio of live client relationships across the five practice pillars, from weekly cadence to quarterly executive reviews • Translate client needs into internal delivery requests — and delivery reality back into honest client communication • Monitor engagement health: delivery against brief, sentiment of the client relationship, and early warning when either drifts Skills that matter: Relationship stewardship across multi-quarter, multi-workstream engagements, Account planning, Executive communication with principals, C-suite and campaign leadership, Delivery literacy across perception, privacy, political, policing and policy work, Commercial judgment, Data-informed account review (consumption, outcomes, cadence analytics).
