You will work directly beside project managers: maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating teams and flagging risk early enough to matter. The role is the practice’s leadership pipeline in miniature — every engagement you coordinate teaches you how scope, staffing and client expectation interact, and how the best managers keep all three honest at once. You will also sit in the rooms where engagements are scoped — the fastest education in delivery that exists. It is the discipline on which delivery reputation rests. What you will actually do: • Assist project managers directly in achieving engagement objectives — timelines, deliverables and coordination across cells • Maintain the project record: schedule, task status, decision log and risk register kept current enough to trust • Track deliverable movement between teams — strategist, analyst, platform and client-review handoffs Skills that matter: Project coordination, Communication across technical and client-facing teams, Task assignment support and follow-through, Risk and blocker flagging at the moment they emerge, Project documentation and decision-log hygiene, Budget-conscious thinking on engagement tasks.
