The Role: Our Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end distribution operations within our high-volume biomedical kitting and fulfillment environment. This role provides leadership across production, staging, warehouse coordination, and outbound distribution to ensure operational efficiency, shipping accuracy, quality compliance, and customer service expectations are consistently achieved. This individual will lead frontline operational leadership teams, including the department supervisors, while driving accountability, workforce performance, throughput, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. The role requires a hands-on operational leader who can successfully manage fast-paced workflows, shifting priorities, and large frontline teams in a KPI-driven environment.
