Responsibilities • Develop designs that meet client requirements, project specifications and objectives. • Create 3D models and renderings. • Collaborate with colleagues in our New York office. • Work with the project manager and project architect to prepare presentations and documentation through to the construction phase. Experience and skills • Degree in architecture. • 2–3 years of experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of construction drawing standards. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit experience preferred. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong design, technical and graphic communication skills. • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
