Manage a portfolio of client accounts at Flex, covering receivables, payables, QuickBooks records and reconciliation. Join Flex's accounting team to manage a portfolio of client accounts, review financial statements and maintain accounting data. You will also develop business with existing clients and identify new opportunities. Responsibilities • Manage the flow of company documentation. • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Enter bills in QuickBooks and audit for discrepancies. • Coordinate the preparation of annual tax returns with third-party CPA firms. • Generate and distribute invoices from the accounting system. • Communicate with vendor procurement departments and respond to billing enquiries. • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. • Monitor data synchronisation between QuickBooks and other systems. • Maintain accurate accounting records and procedures. Experience and skills • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. • 1–3 years of experience. • Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably QuickBooks. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Organised, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
