Responsibilities • Collect timesheet data and payroll information. • Administer payroll in accordance with the New York company's policies and HR requirements. • Maintain accurate payroll documentation while keeping information confidential. • Enter data into databases and spreadsheets. • Track hourly rates, wages, compensation and benefit rates, and employee records. • Coordinate with relevant departments in the New York offices. • Coordinate with the accounting department to confirm bank balances. • Analyse weekly payroll and prepare accurate reports. Experience and skills • Bachelor's degree. • Written and spoken English; Spanish is an advantage. • Good follow-up skills and the ability to adapt to changes in processes. • A strong sense of ownership and discretion.
