Seeking a Carrier Development Representative skilled in sourcing and onboarding open-deck carriers, managing carrier relationships, and developing competitive pricing strategies for a 3PL. The Carrier Development Representative is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with asset-based carriers to support our customers' freight needs. This role blends sales, relationship management, and operational strategy. You'll be the voice of our carrier network: identifying capacity, negotiating rates, and ensuring every carrier meets our safety and compliance standards.
