Position: NiCE CXone Administrator Experience: 3 – 5 Years Location: Hyderabad Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Working Days: 5 Days/Week We are looking for an experienced NiCE CXone Administrator to manage and optimize NiCE CXone solutions for our contact centers. Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain NiCE CXone solutions. • Design and optimize workflows using NiCE CXone Studio. • Handle support tickets and collaborate with NiCE support for issue resolution. • Provide training and documentation to end-users. Qualifications: • Proven experience with NiCE CXone administration and workflow designing. • Strong understanding of contact center technologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
