The company is creating an AI-native platform that helps investment firms analyze regulatory filings and generate transparent, customizable voting recommendations at scale. The product sits at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and financial infrastructure, replacing highly manual processes with modern software and intelligent systems. This is the company’s first engineering hire and an opportunity to help build the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up alongside an experienced founding team. The Role You’ll work directly with the founders to take existing product designs and turn them into a production-ready platform. This is a highly hands-on role suited to engineers who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and building systems from scratch. Responsibilities include: • Building core frontend and backend platform functionality • Turning product concepts and Figma designs into scalable applications • Developing APIs and data ingestion workflows • Building systems that process and structure large regulatory datasets • Contributing to architecture and infrastructure decisions from day one • Helping shape engineering standards, tooling, and workflows • Collaborating closely with founders on product direction and execution Tech Stack & Environment • TypeScript • React • Python • AWS/cloud infrastructure • AI tooling and automation workflows The team is highly interested in AI-native engineering practices and modern developer workflows involving AI agents and automation.
