The Role This is a leadership-first role where your impact comes through coaching exceptional engineers, delivering ambitious product outcomes, and building a strong engineering culture. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Research to ship high-impact features while providing technical guidance through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
