Job Title: Import – Export Executive No. of Vacancies: 1 Salary band: As per Company norms Job Type: Non Technical Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/MBA preferred) with Export-Import certification Experience: 2-4 years in customs clearance/Import documentation Skills: • Strong coordination skills with government departments • Negotiation skills with freight forwarders/shipping lines • Attention to detail in documentation and compliance • Problem-solving for shipment delays/customs issues • Good communication (English + Hindi) Job Responsibility: • Liaise with Indian Customs Department for export/import clearances • Prepare and file customs documentation (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, GATT Declaration) • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs Act, and FTP regulations • Track shipment status and resolve customs-related delays • Arrange CHA (Customs House Agent) coordination and payments • Arrange international freight forwarding (air/sea shipments) • Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and forwarders • Coordinate with overseas suppliers and customers for documentation • Prepare export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin • Track international shipments and provide status updates • Handle Incoterms application and shipping terms • Maintain export-import records for GST, IEC compliance • Coordinate with banks for export bill collections (LC, Documents against Payment) • Ensure timely submission of Export General Manifest (EGM) • Coordinate with international freight forwarders and couriers (DHL/FedEx) • Maintain relationships with overseas agents and customs brokers • Resolve shipment discrepancies and claims with carriers Apply here: https://forms.gle/twya7nRMerMJWdTM6 Contact details: [email protected] | 6358944452 For more details: Visit career page at www.medinnovasystems.com
