Compensation & Pay Details • Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,400 / week minimum guarantee • Average Weekly Pay: $1400-$1800 • Mileage Pay: $0.80 per mile (CPM) • Average Weekly Mileage: 2,500 – 3,000 miles/week • Stop Pay: $30 per stop • Driver Assist Unload Pay: $75 (when needed) • Detention Pay: $20 / hour • Layover Pay: $175 Position Highlights & Home Time • Freight Type: No-Touch Freight (Driver assist required only when needed) • Running Area: California, Washington, Idaho • Home Time Schedule: 5 to 10 days out | 1 to 3 days home Qualifications & Requirements • CDL Class: Valid Class A CDL • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience within the last 5 years • Location: Must live within 150 miles of Redlands, CA • Safe driving record and compliance with DOT regulations Benefits & Perks • Employment Status: W-2 Employee • Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Retirement options
