Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement. • Generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests. • Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time. • Maintain customer information and sales activity records. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities. • Learn company products, services, and industry best practices. • Support the sales team in achieving department goals.
