As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a hospitality location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with guests and staff, and use technology to document activity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. • Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel public areas, guest corridors, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. • Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: • Customer service experience is preferred. • Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
