Job Description Registered Nurse – Case Manager Reid Medical Clinic | Lackland AFB – San Antonio, TX | Potential Opportunity Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support the Trainee Health Squadron at Reid Medical Clinic. Position Highlights • Monday–Friday schedule • No nights, weekends, or federal holidays • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits • Paid time off and sick leave Position Requirements • U.S. Citizenship • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program • Current, unrestricted RN license meeting Texas requirements • 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years • Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training) • Case Management certification such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, RN-NCM, or another PWS-approved certification Key Responsibilities • Coordinate individualized patient care and treatment plans • Manage referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of services • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources • Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness Make a difference by supporting the health and readiness of those who serve!
