Overview
A private family in Menlo Park, California is seeking an experienced, warm nanny/family assistant to care for their 3-year-old daughter and welcome a new baby expected in March 2027.

Candidates who want to regularly work around 45 hours will be an ideal fit. The household values calm and a relaxed rhythm over rigid structure. Housing is flexible, with live-in or live-out options available. For the live-in option, a private house is provided where the nanny can stay, located in the center of town within a 10-minute drive of the work site.

• Communicate openly with the parents about routines, milestones, and daily updates
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, with experience in infant and toddler care strongly preferred
• Newborn experience is a plus.
• Candidates must be comfortable around breastfeeding and breast milk
