A Day in the Life of a Service Manager As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 technicians and play a key role in branch operations. You will guide hiring, performance coaching, customer communication, and route optimization. You’ll also champion our culture by building a team environment where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow in their careers.
