What You’ll Do • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors. • Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions. • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
