Why You'll Love Working Here • Starting pay of $21.00/hour + $0.55/hour shift differential • Performance-based pay increases • Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting Day 1 • Quarterly profit sharing • Overtime paid at 1.5x, with double time after 48 hours • 401(k) with company contribution and employee match • Tuition assistance • Paid training and career development • Stable, long-term career with opportunities to grow What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep production moving safely and efficiently by: • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant • Load and unload production equipment • Supply materials to production lines • Monitor production equipment for proper operation • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Package finished products for shipment • Complete production paperwork accurately • Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed • Follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For • At least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED • Previous forklift experience required • Manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift • Basic math and communication skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
