Deputy Manager | ITDA - TPA | Hyderabad | Controls | IT Controls, AI, Data & Data Analytics • Job requisition ID : 114465 • Location: Hyderabad • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP The Team Assurance had to do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about Assurance Your work profile: • Execute and manage Third Party Assurance (TPA) engagements including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 2+, and Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP). • Perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, and testing of business process and IT controls. • Lead client discussions on scope, planning, execution, and project management. • Evaluate control deficiencies and provide remediation recommendations. • Prepare and review audit documentation, workpapers, and final assurance reports. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, timely resolution of review comments, and engagement archival. • Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities. • Strong knowledge of AICPA standards, SSAE 18, SSAE 21, and SOC reporting requirements. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. • Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, Privacy, and Data Protection frameworks. • Relevant certifications such as CA, CISA, CISSP, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred. Desired qualifications/ certification Graduation / B.E/ B. Tech in Any Specialization; CISA, CISSP, CRISC (good to have) Key skills required • Hands on in Third Party Assurance including SOC1, SOC2, SOC2+ and Agreed Upon Procedure related engagements • Knowledge of AICPA and SSAE18, SSAE21 etc. • Leading client and stakeholders’ discussions for scope discussions, audit plan, project management including walkthrough, testing business process and IT controls, quality documentation, and review of workpapers • Deficiency, and understanding of mitigation procedure and remediation process. • Preparation of TPA report. • Resolving quality comments and timely archival. • Working experience in HIPAA, GDPR, ISO and Data Privacy
