What We Value: • Honesty & Integrity • Service & Excellence • Collaboration & Teamwork • Family & Community • Dependability & Loyalty • Compassion Roles and Responsibilities: • Assists the commercial delivery driver with loading and unloading items, contacting customers, collecting payments, keeping in touch with the Transportation office. • Delivers of products using a handcart, ramp, and any other piece of equipment used in prompt, safe way that maintains the integrity of the product. • Prepares and completes of the appropriate paperwork including but not exclusive of the reconciliation report, driver log (when applicable), pre-trip mileage sheet, product and return sheet. • Learns and understands the appropriate invoicing and product return paperwork to accurately account for all products being delivered or returned. • Records of mileage and delivery time daily. • Maintains daily cleanliness of vehicle driven. • Attends all Transportation departmental meetings that have been stated as mandatory. • Presents a professional image to internal/external customers and vendors with appropriate dress according to the work situation while maintaining good grooming and hygiene.
