Roles and Responsibility: Automation & Manufacturing Excellence • Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process reliability. • Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives including Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, layout optimization, and process improvements. • Identify opportunities for line balancing, productivity enhancement, headcount optimization, and low-cost automation. • Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices, including Waste Reduction, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives. Production Operations • Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational and production targets. • Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and support workplace organization and waste management initiatives. Team Leadership • Lead production teams and collaborate with cross-functional functions including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse. • Train and develop team members on SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices. Quality, Safety & Compliance • Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Drive corrective and preventive actions while fostering a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance. Requirement: • Minimum 8 - 10 Yrs of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering. • B. E / B.Tech as educational qualification • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, and Continuous Improvement • Hands-on experience in Automation and Digital Transformation projects • Knowledge of Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, and Process Optimization • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
