These positions will flowat between the locations listed below: • Apache Junction • Chandler • Gilbert • Hatfield Arbor • Hatfield Chandler • Hatfield Gilbert (Baseline) • Hatfield Paragon • Hatfield Red Mountain • Superstition Springs • VMW-Mesa Central • VMW-Mesa North What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by: Front Office/ Patient Services Specialist • Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism • Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays • Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations • Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers Clinical/ Medical Assistant Responsibilities • Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit • Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER • Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines • Performing point -of-car testing • Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols What you bring • Accredited MA training or equivalent experience • MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification) • 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills • Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment Why you’ll Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
