As a Leasing Consultant, you'll welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, answer questions, process applications, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and help keep our 303-unit community thriving. You'll also assist with marketing efforts, follow up on leads, and build positive relationships with both current and future residents. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, and eager to grow in the property management industry. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential.
