Description Now Hiring: Floating Grounds Technician - Merced, CA GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance are required. As a Floating Grounds Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining community grounds and common areas, performing daily property walks, picking up litter, addressing grounds-related concerns, and traveling between assigned communities as needed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly with both residents and team members. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements Requirements for Floating Grounds Technician: • Valid California Driver's License (required) • Current auto insurance (required) • Reliable transportation • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills • Ability to travel between assigned communities • Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience is a plus, but not required • Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
