Qualifications Required Qualifications • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. • Six months of related customer service experience. • Ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions. • Proficiency with using a computer, including Microsoft Word and email. • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Preferred Qualifications • A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in good standing (three or fewer points).
