Job Description • Helps encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalised relationships • Gives priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration • Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the system and is of highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
