Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Arnold, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers throughout assigned routes • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency • Load, unload, and handle packages with care, following proper safety protocols • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations • Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedules • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior • Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license • Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history • Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards • Must pass a criminal background check • Strong time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic • Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route assignments • Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems (preferred) Additional Information BENEFITS • Flexible Hours • Competitive wages • Earn tips daily • Paid mileage • Employee discount on all food items • Advancement opportunities • Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): • Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment • Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage • Flexible Spending Accounts • Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
