Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galesburg, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system • Process cash transactions and handle payments securely • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly • Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail • Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training! Additional Information We arguably have the most flexible schedule options of any company in the area. Full time or Part time positions are available. We are hiring for ALL shifts • Day Shift - 10am - 5pm • Dinner Shift - 4/5pm - 9/10pm • Closing Shift - 5/6pm - 1am
