Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:00 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm. An Equal Opportunity Employer, Including Disability.     Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for our patients by answering and managing incoming telephone calls in an enthusiastic, courteous, and professional manner. You will schedule patient appointments, accurately enter all required information into our computer system, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel as needed. This role works closely with referring physician offices and internal staff to ensure patient needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities include gathering and entering insurance and demographic information, assisting with rescheduling or canceling appointments, and supporting callers with any follow-up needs.
