Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: HOT180 - Hampton Inn Oyster Point - Newport News, VA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $13.00 - $14.00Hourly, Job Shift: Breakfast: 5:00 am - 12 pm, Job Title: Breakfast Attendant Company: Shamin Hotels Organizational Structure: Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: General Manager Pay Structure: Hourly, Paid Bi-weekly Position Overview: Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables. Essential Job Functions: Providing personalized service to all guests Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Preparing and setting up hot food items Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day Washing serving equipment and returning to storage Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management Qualifications: Top Requirements: Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.
