Job Details: Job Location: Addison Billing Entity - ADDISON, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Qualifications: Coder/Biller Manager  Location: Addison, Texas  Join Our Growing Team!  We are seeking an experienced Coder/Biller Manager to lead our Billing & Coding team and support the continued growth of our healthcare practice management organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about coding accuracy, team development, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle excellence.  This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management.  What You'll Do  Lead & Develop the Team  Supervise, coach, and mentor billing and coding staff.  Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.  Conduct training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development initiatives.  Monitor productivity and quality metrics to ensure departmental success.  Oversee Billing & Coding Operations  Manage daily coding and billing activities, ensuring timely and accurate claim submission.  Oversee CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and anesthesia-specific coding accuracy.  Review claim edits, denials, and reimbursement trends.  Support resolution of billing discrepancies and payer issues.  Ensure Compliance & Quality  Maintain compliance with payer requirements, coding guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.  Conduct routine audits and quality reviews.  Stay current on coding, reimbursement, and industry updates.  Implement corrective action plans and provide education as needed.  Drive Revenue Cycle Performance  Monitor key performance indicators, including clean claim rates, denial trends, coding accuracy, unbilled and days in A/R.  Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.  Develop and maintain departmental procedures and best practices.  Monitor and track productivity and quality metrics.   Prepare reports and analysis for leadership.  Qualifications  Required  5+ years of medical billing and coding experience.  2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.  Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and insurance billing processes.  Experience with claim management, denial resolution, and revenue cycle operations.  Proficiency with billing software, practice management systems, and Microsoft Office.  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.  Preferred  Anesthesia billing and coding experience.  Experience in a physician practice or multi-site healthcare environment.  Certification Required  Active CPC, CANPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification.  Benefits  Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance  Employer-Paid Life Insurance  Short-Term Disability Coverage  Accident & Hospital Indemnity Insurance  Paid Time Off (PTO)  Paid Holidays  Professional Development Opportunities  Why You'll Love Working Here  Competitive compensation package  Opportunity to lead and grow a talented team  Collaborative and supportive work environment  Modern office located in Addison's business district  Ability to make a direct impact on organizational success  Ready to Take the Next Step?  If you're a results-driven billing and coding professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
