Enforce organizational integrity by guaranteeing all fiscal encumbrances align strictly with County policies and internal controls. Revenue Cash Collections Oversee management and accuracy of over $17.5M in annual revenue collections. Maintain financial data integrity by supervising timely revenue posting, complex account reconciliations, and routine bank reconciliations. Budget Execution Partnership Collaborate as a key financial partner with the Business Operations Director to execute a seamless annual budget process. Consult cross-functionally with Division Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to review operating and capital budgets, ensuring all divisional expenditures align perfectly with broader fiscal targets.
