We are hiring a Concierge Attendant! As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge. • Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations. • Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift. • Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services. • Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally. • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions. • Support front office operations and guest communications as needed. • Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Qualifications: • Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred. • Strong communication and guest service skills. • Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options preferred. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems. • Professional, reliable, and service-focused. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
