Custodian - TSMC Phoenix Verde Clean Verde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting Verde Clean's commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service. Available Shifts • Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM $17/HR • Lunes-Viernes, 7AM-3:30PM $17/HR Work Areas Custodians may be assigned to one of the following teams: Construction Cleanup Team • Clean construction areas and common spaces • Remove dust, debris, and construction-related waste • Prepare newly completed areas for occupancy • Follow all site safety requirements and PPE protocols Essential Duties • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors • Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas • Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces • Remove trash and debris • Restock facility supplies • Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns • Provide friendly and professional customer service Qualifications • Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures Physical Requirements The physical requirements described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
