Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll play a key role in engaging donors, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners while helping achieve fundraising goals. Experience: • 2-5 years of event coordination, volunteer management, fundraising or a related field • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and volunteer teams • Experience recruiting, coordinating, and leading volunteers for events and community initiatives • Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners • Fund development experience preferred • Experience with donor management software is a plus If you're passionate about creating successful events and building community connections, we'd love to hear from you!
