Agency: Biolumina Job Function: Strategy and Planning Job Subfunction: Account Planning and Brand Planning Job Description: Provides leadership to managers and/or senior-level professional staff, ensuring effective oversight and guidance. Accountable for the performance and outcomes of multiple, related teams, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results. Develops and implements departmental plans that align with organizational priorities, addressing corporate/network/agency needs. Fosters collaboration and drives operational excellence to improve team performance and support broader organizational goals. Develops and maintains the visual identity of a brand, network, channel, or organisation, including logo design and the overall look and feel. Defines and selects colour palettes, typography, imagery, and visual elements that consistently express brand positioning and values across all touchpoints. Establishes brand design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across productions and campaigns. Develops and maintains graphic designs and layouts that support brand identity, and reviews design outputs to ensure alignment with established standards and overall brand direction.
