Develop innovative technology strategies and trusted-advisor relationships with state and local government customers across Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Saarland. Design and build enterprise architectures that support long-term modernization and digital transformation objectives. Create and execute mid- and long-term technology roadmaps across cloud, data and AI, security, and modern workplace solutions. Lead strategic technical discussions with CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders. Orchestrate virtual and cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, technical specialists, customer success, and partner organizations. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND several years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience; OR equivalent experience. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Experience developing technology strategies and architecture recommendations for large organizations. Communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Business fluency in both Germany and English. Experience working with state governments, municipalities, public agencies, or other public sector organizations. Understanding of public sector operating models, governance structures, and decision-making processes. Knowledge of public budgeting and funding processes (Haushaltsrecht) and familiarity with public procurement regulations and tendering procedures (Vergaberecht). Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise architectures in large and complex organizations, ideally spanning multiple agencies, specialist applications, and platforms. Demonstrated success leading and orchestrating virtual, cross-functional teams. Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: cloud computing, cybersecurity, data and AI, modern workplace, or infrastructure modernization. Several years of experience in a relevant customer industry or in using technology to drive customer business outcomes. Residence within the territory, or a connection to Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, or Saarland, combined with a willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.
