Fund Finance Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties • Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, allocations, and investor notices. • Maintain and reconcile employee investor database with high accuracy and timeliness. • Assist in generating investor capital account statements and ad hoc financial reports. • Support and enhance employee compensation processes and initiatives effectively. • Collaborate on management company FP&A tasks, including budgeting and forecasting. • Respond promptly to investor queries and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Champion the use of core financial systems for efficient task execution. • Work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing environment. Fund Finance Associate Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred in a finance-related role. • Proficiency in financial systems such as Investran, DX, and Kyriba. • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior leadership. • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information. • Experience in FP&A, budgeting, and variance analysis is highly desirable.
