Overview We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established general dental practice in Coventry, RI. This onsite, four-day role offers a full weekday schedule with no weekends and flexibility on start and end times. What You'll Do • Provide thorough preventive care including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing • Take and review radiographs and complete periodontal charting • Assess oral health and document findings accurately in patient records • Educate patients on home care, oral hygiene, and treatment recommendations • Partner with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning • Follow all infection control and safety protocols What You Bring • Active Rhode Island Dental Hygiene license • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail • Friendly, patient-focused communication style • Ability to work well as part of a collaborative dental team Schedule & Compensation • Onsite, four days per week with no weekends • Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm • Wednesday and Thursday: 7:00am – 6:00pm • Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm • Flexibility to adjust start or end times • Pay: $45 – $50 per hour Benefits • Benefits available for team members working 30+ hours per week About i4 Search Group i4 Search Group is a healthcare recruiting partner dedicated to connecting dental and medical professionals with practices where they can grow and thrive.
