Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. • Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-control and visitor records. • Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. • Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and security-related concerns. • Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
