An experienced operational utility team member to report to Executive Project Manager to review off trend KPIs with field leadership and coach field teams on CRM usage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supportive role and reporting to Executive Project Managers, and President. • Researching off-trend KPIs and developing operational solutions with team. • Reviewing and coaching resolution to budget variances. • CRM review and education and coordination of mystery shops. • Experience in developing prospect-centered sales culture. • Conduct in person site-visits throughout country. • Work across multiple platforms of CRM, Billing and GL systems. • National Travel – Minimum 1-week per quarter, with potential for longer assignments. Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field, or work experience equivalent managing multiple disciplines. • Experience: Minimum 5-years as Executive Director of senior living community operations. Leadership experience interfacing with residents, families and staff across all disciplines. Self-starting problem solver. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Healthcare Leadership training a plus. Day Shift / 40hrs/wk
