What You'll Do: • Prepare, season, and cook hot line dishes and pizzas following established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards • Complete prep work, stock assigned stations, and keep the hot line and pizza station ready for efficient service • Cook items to order while maintaining food quality, proper cooking temperatures, and consistent timing • Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and product rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste • Follow all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety requirements, including company policies and local health regulations • Monitor ingredient levels, communicate replenishment needs, and work with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and clean, organized workstations What's Hot: Marriott discounts, Winter Incentive (Epic Merchant Ski Pass or End of Season Bonus, based on start date) Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Pay Rate: $22 / hour Schedule: 4:00pm - 10:00pm Post Closing Date: 11/20/2026 or when filled Our ideal candidate brings strong organization, time management, and attention to detail to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
