Full-Time Benefits • PTO: 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over) • Personal Days • 7 Paid Major Holidays - Double time paid when worked for all hourly employees • Carefirst Medical Package • Tuition Assistance • HRA Fund • Employee Assistance Program • FSA Perks • Employee Discounts • Earn Points, Earn Rewards • Professional Development • Attendance Rewards • Referral Program Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members • Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times • Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations Qualifications • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation. • High School diploma or GED, a plus • Must be at least 17 years old • Integrity and a strong work ethic • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed Schedule & Availability • Full-Time Hour • 5:15 AM - 1:15 PM • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Located in scenic Havre de Grace, MD, Lorien Bulle Rock is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility offering both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services.
