At Ferraro Foods, our Store Associates do more than process transactions. They help customers find the products they need, maintain a well-stocked and organized store, and ensure a positive shopping experience. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join our Napoli Foods team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily store operations. What You'll Be Working On • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner • Accurately process customer purchases using the register and POS system • Handle cash, balance registers, and complete daily closing procedures • Stock and replenish shelves, coolers, and refrigerated displays • Rotate products and monitor expiration dates to maintain freshness • Organize merchandise and maintain attractive, well-stocked displays • Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees • Assist with other daily store operations as needed The Ingredients for Success • At least 2 years of cash handling experience • Previous retail, grocery, wholesale, or store associate experience preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using registers, POS systems, and basic computer applications • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed • Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed Why You'll Love Working Here • Be part of an established company serving customers throughout the foodservice industry • Work in a team-oriented environment where your contributions matter • Enjoy a hands-on role with a variety of daily responsibilities • Explore opportunities for growth within our store and operations teams The Details • Environment: Retail store setting • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM • Pay: $19 per hour • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings Ready to join our team?
