QUALITY CONTROL PROJECT LEADER ISO & DOCUMENTATION CONTRO- 1st Shift (Salary) We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Project Leader to oversee ISO compliance, audits, document control, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with at least four years of related experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Education & Experience Requirements • 1. High School Diploma AND 4+ years of job-specific and related experience AND; • 2. Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently; excellent written and oral communication; ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, Access database experience a plus. Primary Roles & Responsibilities • Charts COPQ monthly (RMA & Warranty) • Downloads Honda SPR from Portal Monthly • Issue, Track & Close all CAR's • Leads all ISO Documentations • Leads all ISO External Audits • Leads all ISO Internal Audits • Leads ISO Management Review • Leads OE Survey • Review Quality pass down for ISO issues • Runs A Report Daily • Supports all Customer QAV's • Tracks Customer SPR • Tracks Customer SQM Updates / Changes • Updates all SOPs • Updates Quality Budget & Sort Release Log • Updates Quality Bulletin Board weekly • Updates Tues Meeting slides weekly • Verifies ISO Tech punches for payroll Weekly • Training needs are based on IB Tech’s training matrix for this position, relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems • Manage all documentation through Plex system – update SOP, OPST etc. • Other duties as assigned
