What You'll Do • Should have expertise in handling custodian business and back-office operations. • Candidate with minimum 2 years Good understanding of financial statements • working knowledge on: Accruals, Reversals, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations, fund accounting, alternative assets, NAV and NAV calculation. • Must be able to handle multiple, complex, tasks and prioritize effectively. • Coordinates situations involving multiple departments. • Ability to take initiative and work independently. • Ensures outputs are accurate, complete and consistent • Need to know the concept of Net Asset Value (NAV) in fund accounting and its importance. Shift Timings - 5.30 / 6.30 PM IST to 2.30 /3.30 PM IST Who You Are • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong Employee Benefit, and Trust and Custody knowledge as evidenced by 2 -4 years of relevant experience • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. • Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management • Ready to work in night shift Additional Information Experience Principal At Principal, we value connecting on both a personal and professional level.
