Duties and Responsibilities . Dispatch - answer phones and emails in support of daily operations . Customer order creation and invoicing through Delivery Works . Leverage wireless monitoring to optimize dispatch routing through Smart Tank . Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to order fullfillment . Assist with DEF, Package, Fuel and Oil rack operations for in/outbound shipping and receiving . Assist with Inventory control and procurement procedures . Work through various truck issues routing repairs through the appropriate vendor . Support Sales Team . Work with our driving team to build efficiency . Be able to create and present to the team areas that need strengthening & improvement . Conduct Safety meetings . Be involved with the onboarding of new drivers . Be on time at work when the drivers are at work . Being available on weekends to assist our driving team . Possibility for third shift and fluctuating hours Requirements and Qualifications . High School diploma or equivalent . Experience in customer service . Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite and email . Strong organizational and task management skills . Ability to work independently and in a team environment
