Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Horsham, Pennsylvania, for a full-time school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) • Excellent Compensation • Hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, M-F • Pay: $60-$65 hr Key Responsibilities: • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students. • Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports. • Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed • Primary buildings are three of our elementary schools, Hallowell, Simmons, and Blair Mill.
